About Us
Our mission at Colorguard Creative is to facilitate an educational community for performers, coaches, and supporters. In so doing we seek to grow and create a comprehensive platform specific to the colorguard community.
Our Team
Caitlin Nagel
Owner of Colorguard Creative
I have been in the colorguard community for ten years as a performer and coach.
I currently reside in Dallas TX and have performed and coached in NC and AZ.
In other professional experience I have been in management including learning and development focusing on adult learning where I got to grow and develop my facilitating skills and bring them back to the colorguard community.
Returning to the community after a break, one of the common conversations are there is very little guidance and help for colorguard performers, coaches, and supporters. So I created this company! Aside from colorguard I spend my time with my husband and two dogs traveling and living life.

I’m excited to learn more about the Colorguard community which I have not had the pleasure to be a part of yet. I have been in Sales, production/social media management, and choreography, set design with fashion design/styling for over 10 years. I moved to Dallas, TX in 2021 from Arizona. I am currently taking my extensive skill set to build up Colorguard Creative to support and educate the colorguard community.
In my free time I like to stay active, read books, and travel.

Social Media and Marketing
I have performed and instructed in the colorguard community for about six years! I recently earned my degree in Art Management. I strive to utilize my knowledge of creative business practices to help Colorguard Creative become a valuable resource to aid performers, coaches and supporters as well as help connect members of the community across the globe through social media!
In my free time I like to go to concerts and spend time with friends and family.
